What does the programme include?

As well as 1 weekly personal session and 1 weekly group session you will also receive;

  • Access to my brand new members website with tutorials you can view 24/7

  • Recorded yin yoga & meditation videos to add into your weekly routine

  • Journalling prompts & guidance with a focus on self love and a balanced mind

Online Yoga

How does the programme work?

  • S&S will be weekly sessions tailored to you and carried out on a 1-2-1 basis via zoom, at a time that suits you, fit it around your work and life with ease

  • You will commit to 4 weeks of training, 1 session a week PLUS 1 free group session each week too

  • You will receive support and guidance from myself throughout the 4 weeks, access to a WhatsApp group with the others who join to share inspiration!

  • Avoid fast fixes and commit yourself to discovering a new, maintainable way of health living
