Summer Solstice Day Retreat

On Sunday 26th June you can join me for a day of nourishment, mindfulness, movement and relaxation.

​

We will open our day with herbal teas, lemon water & a healthy snack. This will be followed by a full body opening flow, suitable for all levels and experiences.

​

For lunch you'll enjoy a colourful and nutritious plant based lunch & smoothie brought to us fresh from The Vibe Cafe.

​

After lunch you can enjoy my Mindset Masterclass (bring a notepad!) followed by a flexibility workshop and all rounded off with a deeply relaxing yin practice & guided meditation. 

​

You can expect to leave this day feeling totally revitalised, the Summer Solstice is a time to transition from action to nourishment and this retreat will b the perfect opportunity to do just that. You can take this day as a stand alone haven from your day to day routine, or you can take from it daily habits to combine into your daily life and continue that expansion and growth beyond this day!

​

The Yoga sessions will be accessible to all levels so beginners are welcome, you may bring your mat if you have one or mats can be provided.

Bolsters & blankets will be provided on the day but straps and blocks are limited so please bring your own if you like to practice with these props.
