Running Sunday 24th April - Sunday 29th May, 7.30-9pm via Zoom

You will start by enjoying a guided facial, using your brand new Tropic Skincare all natural (and vegan friendly) skincare range including facial massage to work on releasing tension held in the muscles, deeply cleansing and exfoliating the skin to remove dead skin cells and blockages leaving your skin fresh and revitalised!

Whilst your new face mask works its wonders you'll be guided through a series of journaling questions, focusing on a different subject each week all working towards releasing negative thought patterns and developing deeper self love.

Your evening will finish with a deeply relaxing guided yin yoga session, perfect to be done in your favourite PJs, working to release tension from the deepest part of your joints, creating more space physically in your body and leaving you ready for a deeply relaxing sleep.

As part of the 6 weeks you will get access to both a morning and evening guided meditation which you can do daily.

The idea of Self Love Club was sparked by a self care evening I provided recently for my current 1-2-1 online clients, we used a similar format and they ALL reported having the most incredible nights sleep following the session.

*Sessions will be recorded and recordings will last for 6 days giving you a chance to catch up if anything causes you to miss one of the weekly live sessions.
